We had an emergency freezer issue & after having a TERRIBLE experience with a different company - I had a recommendation from my husband's friend to try Air Pros & let me just say.... THIS IS THE KIND OF COMPANY YOU WANT TO CALL WHEN YOU NEED IT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!
Kyle and his Team for the day were on site within a few hours of making the first call, and were able to fix the diagnosis the issue within MINUTES - replace parts that had gone bad - got it up and running again within an hour or so! It was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! In addition to excellent service, and professionalism for the on site fix- they offer maintenance services also and now they have a new forever customer justify-ably earned!
I highly recommend this team for all your AC / heating / cooling and refrigeration needs!

Air Pros came out for an after-hours emergency & they were timely in getting out to my house and with fixing the issue. Very friendly staff!

Kyle was our service technician both for the initial service to take a look at the unit to see what was going on, and again for the service to fix the issue. He very communicative and always explained what was going on and what he was doing to repair it. He was personable and respectful throughout the entire process.

Excellent and Professional Personnel and Service

So far we could not be happier with our heat pump repair. It seems to be better than when it was new. We have had it since 2019 and this is the first repairs needed. The repairmen were well qualified and polite. If we need service in the future we will again us Air Pros.
