He was very knowledgeable of what was going on and had my A/C running very quickly. "We learned our Heat Pump had died during a no cool service call from Air Pros H&C. Because of their prices we were able to upgrade to a higher SEER value and we learned that our old unit was undersized. So we were also able to install a 3 ton unit instead of 2.5. Our Goodman unit is running smoothly so far and we hope to enjoy the comforts for many years"
